1. About Davco

This website is operated by David Wayne Gregory, a California sole proprietor doing business as Davco Construction Co (“Davco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Davco is a Licensed California General Contractor, CSLB #825241. License information may be verified through the Contractors State License Board.

2. Using This Website

By accessing this website, you agree to these Website Terms. You may use the site for lawful, personal, or business purposes related to learning about Davco or contacting us about a potential project. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

3. No Construction Contract Is Formed Online

Site content is general information, not an offer, construction contract, estimate, warranty, or promise to perform work. Sending a form, email, text, or other message—or receiving a preliminary quote or response—does not bind either party, authorize work, create a contractor-client relationship, guarantee a price, require payment, or reserve a project date.

A project begins only after Davco and the customer sign a separate written agreement that identifies the project, scope, price, payment schedule, timing, and other required terms.

4. Project Agreements Control

Any construction services are governed by the signed project agreement and properly signed change orders. If website content or these Website Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that work. These Website Terms are not incorporated into a project agreement unless that agreement expressly says so.

5. Site Content and Project Examples

Photographs, service descriptions, examples, timelines, and other content illustrate general capabilities. They do not promise an identical result, scope, schedule, availability, permitting outcome, material, or price. Every property and project is different, and any project-specific commitment must appear in the signed project agreement.

We work to keep the site accurate but may correct, update, add, or remove content without notice. License status and classification information should be confirmed through CSLB when a decision depends on it.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

This static site is published through GitHub Pages. Project inquiry forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Davco by email. If a visitor accepts analytics, Google Analytics provides limited site measurement. The site may also link to CSLB or other independent websites. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Davco does not control their systems or content.

7. Website Materials

Unless otherwise identified, the Davco name, logo, site design, copy, photographs, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Davco. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own evaluation of Davco. Other reproduction, publication, sale, or commercial use requires prior written permission, except where law gives you a right to use the material.

8. Availability and Sensitive Information

We do not promise that the site will always be available, secure, or error-free. Do not submit payment card or bank information, government identification numbers, passwords or access codes, health information, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Except as applicable law requires, this site is provided for general information without a promise that its content is complete or fit for a particular project. Nothing here disclaims an obligation in a signed construction agreement or limits a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

9. California Law

California law governs these Website Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A court dispute concerning only this website may be brought in a state or federal court serving Orange County, California. Any mandatory consumer protection, small-claims, venue, or other nonwaivable right remains available. These Website Terms do not require arbitration.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update these Website Terms as the site or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version, and updates apply when posted. Questions may be sent to hello@davcoconstructionhb.com or dave@davcoconstructionhb.com, or mailed to Davco Construction Co, 18766 Club Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92648.
